Contract of Loyalty

You summon a contract out of thin air. The contract forces whoever signs to do your bidding in return for whatever the signer deems necessary (whatever is written as your end of the deal on the contract). The signer is then compelled to do whatever you say, and if they fail to do what you say they will suffer a punishment prewritten on the contract. The contract can only be broken by the party benefitted by the contract.
