You summon a contract out of thin air. The contract takes an ability of your choice(an ability the signer owns) for whatever the signer deems necessary (whatever is written as your end of the deal on the contract). The contract is instantaneous and has no punishment. The contract can not be undone, but the signer can sign another contract for the ability back. Once the contractor who made the contract is killed, all abilities are returned to those who signed the contract.
