After drawing the spell circle shown in the spellbook, the spell is ready to be activated. Upon activating Anemoi's Breath, a gust of wind similar to a hurricane in strength shoots forth. Any creature within a 20ft line must make a strength saving throw. Upon failure, the creature is pushed back to a point 10ft past the end of the spell and takes 5d6 slashing damage, taking half as much on a successful save. Any creature within the spell must also make a constitution saving throw. Upon failure, the creature gains the status effect frozen and takes 5d6 cold damage, taking half as much on a successful save. When a creature is frozen, its actions are limited to thaw and its AC is only determined by armor, it is also resistant to fire damage. The frozen status effect can also be removed by bludgeoning or fire damage.
