Bubble Whip

When you cast this spell, a long whip of bubbles slowly forms on your arm , your hand cannot be used as the bubble whip ties around your entire arm. You lash out with the long whip, and wrap it around a creature of your choice. Make a melee spell attack against the target. If the attack hits and the creature is Large or smaller then the creature is pulled 10ft towards you, and the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be Grappled by the bubbles until the spell ends.
