Bear transformation

Have you ever wanted to turn into a bear in D&D? Well its your lucky day!
Polar bear, to transform you need to: be Near Ice / Snow, have seal / harp.
Grizzly bear, to transform you need to: be near forest with a river, have fish.
Black bear, to transform you need to: be near a forest, have berries/insects.
And to turn into any species of bear you need to be near the habitat of that bear and have 3 things it eats and use bear transformation like this: "Bear transformation Polar bear!" and you turn into a polar bear. You want a different bear? say a different word at the end and have the required materials.
*Notice* you will have to eat the food that bear eats until you dispel the bear.
