Contact Patron

You spend an hour conducting a ritual taught to you by your patron to contact them. This ritual requires you to draw an eldritch symbol on the ground in a 5 foot by 5 foot square using chalk, while holding an object given to you by your patron.

Upon completing the ritual, your patron, if willing, will appear as a spectral illusion above their symbol, and may remain for up to 10 minutes. Your patron is visible and audible to both yourself and others. You can dismiss your patron early by breaking your concentration (no action required), and your patron may also end the interaction at will.

You may perform this ritual as part of a short or long rest without expending a spell slot.
