Candle Communication

Two casters who know this spell must use it at the same time. The time of which is long agreed upon before any casting, such as every night at midnight. Once each casts the spell separately, they can both communicate verbally through a burning candle that each of the casters have. If either flame of either candle is extinguished, the spell ends. The candles can be up to five miles per casters level apart, so two 5th level casters can be up to fifty miles apart. Be wary though, for others who obtain this spell could very easily listen in to any conversation. 

This spell is not class-locked. Anybody who can obtain and use the components can learn and cast this spell from either a spellbook, a teacher aware of the spell, or a deity. The use of this spell among the common people is normally for hushed words not to be shared at taverns and inns.
