Requires: Proficiency - Bagpipes
A piercing tuneless blast of noise plays over a terrible droning chord: you have pulled out your bagpipes, which have begun to play of their own accord. All unfriendly targets within range who can hear the bagpipes must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, they take 2d8+Charisma modifier psychic damage and have disadvantage on all attack rolls for a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier, or for two rounds, whichever is greater. On a successful save, they take half that damage, and do not suffer disadvantage on attack rolls.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8+1 for each slot level above 2nd.
