Bolts of Bedevilment

Upon casting this spell, the caster throws their will into keeping their enemies confused. Each turn the caster can spend an action to hit a target she can see, within range, with a bolt of bedevilment. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw.

On a failed save, the target cannot take any actions until the end of the target's turn. This effect does not cause the creature to be Stunned, so it does not automatically fail Strength or Dexterity saving throws and attackers do not gain advantage.

While under the effect, however, they cannot attack, cast spells, move, or any other action.
