You wave your hands in the air and compel up to 3 creatures within range to take a puff. The targets must then roll a charisma saving throw. On a failed save the target is obligated to take their turn in the rotation and must roll a constitution saving throw. On a failed save the target coughs and loses the ability to intimidate or persuade people for one hour. On a failed save of five or more the target takes 1d6 necrotic damage and must succeed a dc 12 charisma check to enter verbal conversation for the next hour.
