Bartleby's Big Boot

The stomp of a boot can be heard in a 50 foot radius as a large, dark, translucent black boot wraps around the caster and one other if in close enough proximity. The top of the boot is open or closed, depending on the whim of the caster. Two leather chairs are seated within the sole of the boot that is now a drivable vehicle, lasting 1 hour with concentration. The boot moves as if being walked in by some massive humanoid. The boot offers full coverage while within it and will dissipate into folds of old leather that slowly turn to smoke if struck with any form of damage over a threshold of 10. The boot moves at 50 miles per hour.
