You touch a willing creature surrounded in quartz or charcoal. The target gains a flying speed of 50 and sprouts wings, which color and form depend on alignment. You can target 5 hitpoints or less worth of monsters.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target 5 more hitpoints worth of monsters for each slot level above 4th.
