Anti-Magic Bolt

You hurl a bolt of anti-magic at a creature within range, causing the weave to destroy their body. The target must make a wisdom saving throw or take 1d10 necrotic damage, with the added effect of the next spell they cast of 2nd level or lower to either cause the target to have advantage on the saving throw or a -2 to the ranged spell attack roll, if any. 

This spell's damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level along with the level of spell it affects, (2d10, 3rd level and under) , 11th level (3d10, 4th), and 17th level (4d10, 5th).
