Make a Ranged Spell Attack. You hurl a bone at the feet of an enemy. On a hit, the bones take the form of their legs and forces them to move up to 15 feet closer to the caster. At the start of their next turn, the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a fail, the target creature takes 4d8 Necrotic damage and is Poisoned until the end of their next turn, and their movement speed is reduced to 0. On a successful save, the target takes half damage, is not Poisoned, and their movement speed is not reduced.
If the creature is successful on the saving throw, the caster takes 1d8 Necrotic damage and their movement speed is reduced by half.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 4th. The creatures must be within 20 feet of each other when you target them.
