It's essentially Wild Shape for Druids, but it's a spell. The effects of the spell change depending on the subclass that uses it. The effects are:

Wizard - School of Transmutation: It's normal Wild Shape.

Cleric - Nature Domain: You can turn into any beast of the appropriate CR and limitations. You do not need to have seen the beast to transform into it.

Ranger - Swarmkeeper: You may turn into the beast that your swarm is made of (Insects, twig blights, birds, pixies, etc). Your swarm abilities also improve. The target of the attack take 1d10 damage instead of 1d6/8, or the swarm can push the target up to 25 feet horizontally, or you can be moved 15 feet by your swarm.

Ranger - Beast Master: You may turn into the beast that accompanies you. You can still command the beast while in Wild Shape. You still move stealthily in your favored terrain. At level 7, while Wild Shaped, you also gain magical attacks.  At 11th level, you can also take two attacks or take the Multiattack action. At 15th level, you may spellcast while Wild Shaped.

Available For: Cleric (Legacy) - Nature Domain (Legacy) Ranger (Legacy) - Beast Master (Legacy) Ranger (Legacy) - Swarmkeeper Wizard (Legacy) - School of Transmutation (Legacy)
