Blood shards

You lift up your hand creating shards of blood, outstretching your arm toward a creature within range firing an assault of shards. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage.

Upon reaching higher levels of this ability, the flock will branch off towards multiple targets: two enemies can be targeted at 5th level, three enemies can be targeted at 11th level, and four enemies can be targeted at 17th level. You can direct the flock at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each flock.
