You call upon the blooming of death as a large array of white lilies erupt from the ground spraying its poisonous pores in a 15ft cube array effecting all creatures within the array for the next 4 rounds

~Each creature takes equal to 3d4 poison damage each turn(Only Roll Once)
~Each creature is also rendered immobile for the duration of the spell

~Each turn all creatures effected by this spell must make a DEX saving throw of 10 or higher
~Upon a successful save The poison damage is halved for that turn
~Upon an unsuccessful save The damage is increased by 2 for that turn and the creature(s) are blinded by the pores for 1 round

~This spell cannot be used again until after a short AND long rest
