Target one spell effect you can see that has a duration of at least 1 minute. The target spell must be of 5th level or lower, cannot create or summon a creature with a stat block, and cannot have a die or dice in the description. If the spell effect is targeting an unwilling creature, they must make a saving throw every hour starting with when this spell is cast. If they succeed the saving throw, this spell does nothing.
This spell and the target spell last for 24 hours after this spell is cast. This spell can be cancelled by effects that would break your concentration, even though this spell does not have concentration. If this spell is cancelled, the target spell becomes cancelled, and vice versa. If this spell lasts it’s full duration, target spell’s effect becomes permanent.
