Caustic Pestilence

A pillar of toxic mist descends to the ground in a 20-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on a point within range. Each creature in the cylinder must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 7d6 acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Additionally, creatures are afflicted with yellow or green boils on a failed save that stuns them until their next turn.
