Causing a massive amount of building material (metal, stone, wood, glass, etc.) not exceeding 20 x 20 x 10ft (4,000 ft³) to deform like clay and shape itself to their will, the caster transforms said material into a unique structure such as a building, statue, or fortification. The shape, form, and other design characteristics of the constructed piece are determined entirely by the caster and simple constructs of this size take a full hour to form. If the caster chooses more complex designs, such as by adding vaulted ceilings, columns, or other decorative additions additional time was required at the DM’s discretion. An additional volume of 4,000 ft³ of material may be simultaneously manipulated by use of this spell, with an additional 4,000 ft³ for each spell slot level above 6. Because of the slow, precise movement of the material used, any creature with a movement speed may move out of the area under construction and take no damage.

Once completed, the fully formed structures are permanent and required no additional arcane magic or maintenance. They are structurally sound, and have resistance to all nonmagical damage, due to their seamless form.

In addition to verbal and somatic components, this spell requires the building material that was used in the creation of the structure. For the entire duration of the spell's casting, all the natural building material must remain in contact with the ground of the current plane of existence and not be moved until construction is complete.

* - (A small clay model of the structure to be created)
