Chill Shield

A frigid mist swirls and wreathes around your body creating a Chill Shield.  You gain the following benefits for the duration of the spell:

• The icy mists surrounding your body emit a cold bright light in a 10-foot radius and a chilling dim light for an additional 10 feet.
• The mists provide you with a chill shield that grants you resistance to fire damage.
• Whenever a creature within 5 feet of you hits you with a melee attack, the shield erupts with an icy blast. The attacker takes 1d10 cold damage.

This spell's damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 6th level (2d10), 9th level (3d10), 12th level (4d10),  15th level (5d10), and 18th level (6d10).

You can end the spell early by using a bonus action to dismiss it.
