This spell allowes any sorcerer or warlock to transform into a creature or identity of their choosing. When used your max hp goes up or down to whatever  that creature has, if you are the same race as the creature or identity nothing changes except your appearance. After the spell is finnished you have half of your new max hp, it can be healed in every way you can heal.

You keep all of your gear, it can only be used after a long rest

The spell is permanent, unless either

A. you cast it again

or B. your health drops to 0 hitpoints


Using this spell causes the following visuals to happen in the order they are mentioned (top to bottom)

your eyes roll into the back of your head

You start shaking and vibrating violently

you begin to levitate above 2 meters above the ground

A deep black ooze starts leaking out of your eyes and mouth, any attempt to stop it will fail. 

The ooze consumes the gold nugget

The ooze starts to form around you

You must focus on a creature or identity to become.  

Your physical form shapes into the creature or identity you chose.

 

Creatures that witness this transformation for the first time must make a DC18 wisdom saving throw or gain the same effects as the feeblemind spell.
