Bollo's Verbal Substitute

this spell makes the words required to cast the spell appear on paper, of any material, that is in contact with your flesh or of what you are wearing/equipped. Disappears once the spell has finished, concentration spells force the paper to keep the words there until the spell ends. in short, allows you to cast a verbal spell silently. If the paper is destroyed while you are concentrating, then the spell ends. Does not force you to be only able to use one paper to cast a spell. This spell does not count as your leveled spell a turn.
