The caster makes a 30ft circle of gems, centered around the paper and ink. After 3 hours, the gems start floating. All creatures inside the circle of gems except the caster must make a WIS saving through or can only say 1 word, which the caster writes on the paper using the ink.

The caster can end the spell by using an action to dismiss it. A wish spell also ends it.
