Chronomantic Orb

You manipulate the space-time between your hands creating a 4-inch sphere of force. You hurl the sphere of force at a creature that you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 3d8 damage and all creatures within 10 feet must make a strength saving throw against your spell save or be pulling into the point of impact. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
