You inscribe two rune on a wall of a homestead that has been enchanted with the Homestead spell. Upon completion of the spell, any sapient creature can tap the first rune to gradually decrease the temperature of the homestead by 5 degrees Farenheit to a minimum of 65 degrees Farenheit. Tapping the second room stops the effect and allows the homestead to return to the ambient temperature.
