Adele Dazim's Horrid Writing

Choose one target you can see withing range. The target must make a Wisdom Saving Throw. On a failed save, they become incapable of writing intelligibly for the duration of the spell.  Any written words, regardless of language, become illegible scrawl. The target may attempt another saving throw at the end of each turn.

At Higher Levels:

For each spell level above second, you may choose an additional target.
