Blinding Arrow

You point your finger at a creature you can see and an arrow of radiant energy streaks toward it. The creature must make a constitution saving throw.
 If it fails, the target is blinded for the duration. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends. Creatures vulnerable to radiant energy roll at disadvantage.
