With an action you agitate your hands in the air creating blue runic glyphs forming a circle. Once the circle is completed the glyphs turn golden as light and start to shake till they fuse in the middle of the circle and transform into a sphere that you mold into the tip of an arrow and shot at a creature you can see within range. The tip of the arrow deals 4d12 force damage on a hit and if it kills the first target it continues to travel in the same direction for 10feets.

(If it kills the second target it hits the tip of the arrow only travels another 5feets, and killing a third target dissolves the tip)
For each level above 3 it gains 1d12
