You conjure a thundering storm of snow and ice at a point you choose within range. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 3d6 cold damage and 3d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If a creature fails it is also blinded and deafened until the end of its next turn.
Regardless of which creatures save or fail the fallen snow turns the area into difficult terrain for the next 10 minutes.
At Higher Levels. For every two levels of spell slot above 3rd both thunder and cold damage die increase by 1d8. Additionally the size of the blizzard increases by 10ft for every two levels of spell slot above 3rd.
