You attempt to drive another creature insane through your mastery of the mind. You and the targeted creature must roll d20s and add your Wisdom and Intelligence modifiers. Whoever gets the lowest number takes 4d6 psychic damage, gains one level of exhaustion, and skips their next turn.
At Higher Levels. If you would cast this spell from a 3th level spell slot or higher you add your proficiency bonus, and if you cast it from a 4th level spell slot or higher you add 1 to the roll for each level above 3.
