When this spell is cast a barber appears next to a creature of your choice, this barber cuts all of the hair of the creature you command it to. This creature is so embarrassed to be seen without their locks of hair that the creature takes 1D20 blush damage. This creature also will also roll with hair in eyes disadvantage. Furthermore the now bald creature must succeed in a constitution saving throw or the creature will break down in tears over the lost of it's hair.
Already Bald Creatures
If you cast the spell on a creature that is already bald then roll 1D20. If the number you roll is lower than a ten then the spell will have effect on the creature, the barber you summon will soon disappear when they realize that the creature doesn't have any hair for them to cut. If you roll a ten or higher than the barber and the bald creature will start to talk, then they will become good friends, soon after the barber and creature will realize that they both have feelings for each other, the barber and creature skip off happily into the sunset planning their wedding.
