Chains of light spring out of the ground to hold a single target in place. That target must succeed an intelligence roll of 18 or else the target will be frozen in place and the ageing process will begin.
During the ageing process, the target will age by a factor of 3^x power, with x being how many rounds have passed between the failed save and the caster's concentration being ended. The effects of ageing can be whatever the DM wishes, although some common ones may include weaker stats, lowered max HP, and even death if the target ages beyond the species typical life expectancy.
During the casting of this spell, the caster must remain completely still and unbothered, giving everything they have to the spell. No actions, bonus actions, movements, or other spells can be used by the caster during this time. If the caster is to be damaged, physically touched, or moved, the concentration ends, and the ageing process finishes.
