Avatar State

When you fall below 10 health points, you enter an "Avatar State" and have the following abilities:

• You take half damage 
• You deal double damage
• You have double movement speed
• All spells you cast are instantaneous, are cast at the highest level possible for each spell without using a spell slot, and do not require rituals or material components. All effects still apply

You can only perform the following actions:

• You can cast the "Tsunami" spell 
• You can cast the "Storm of Vengeance" spell 
• You can cast the "Earthquake" spell 
• You can cast the "Fire Storm" spell
• You can cast the "Mass Cure Wounds" spell
• You can cast the "True resurrection" spell

You are unconscious for 1 day after casting this spell. This counts as a long rest
