Upon failed Saving Throw (Con DC 16) Target starts to pass gas, with a 75% chance, every 90 seconds, of explosive Diarrhea. Effect causes target to loose ALL advantages for the duration.

If target passes original save, they just have uncontrollable gas for duration, giving themselves, and everyone within 10' of target -1 to advantage, due to smell.
