This spell uses the necklace to form a whip of fire that can be used like a normal whip. Make a melee spell attack against the target. If the attack hits, the creature takes 3d6 fire damage, and if the creature is Large or smaller, you pull the creature up to 10 feet closer to you.

The whip is made of fire. It ignites flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
