Conjure Barak Obama

You summon Barak Obama, who appears in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. Obama disappears when he drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.

Obama is friendly to people who voted for him. Anyone who is not old enough to vote dies instantly.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 9th-level spell slot, you summon Joe Biden also.
