You create a spear wall on ground that you can see within range. Until the spell ends, a magical spear wall fills up space up to 15 feet in width, 5 feet in length, and 5 feet in height. Any creature in the spear walls space when you cast the spell must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d8 piercing damage. A creature must also make the saving throw when it moves into the spear wall's space for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there. A creature ending its turn in the spear wall has its movement reduced to 5 feet for their following turn.
The spear wall counts as difficult terrain, has an AC of 15+the spell level used to cast it above level, and has hit points equal to 4d6+spell casting modifier, as well as resistance to piercing damage..
