Burst of Sparks

You create a burst of fiery sparks. Each creature other in a 15-foot cone emanating from your hand or your arcane focus must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 1d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier fire damage. If the save fails by 5 or more and the target takes at least the full amount of damage, the target is blinded until the end of your next turn.

At higher levels. The spell’s damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
