When Zuggtmoy's Kiss is cast when you are in a "dark state", while touching the target, the target is infected with necrotic fungal spores. Black lines  spread from the point of contact followed by a dark toxic looking fungi. The target takes 3d12 (necrotic) damage. Target must succeed on a  Wisdom saving throw against casters spell save DC or be Frightened and Incapacitated.
