Ball Lightning

You manifest forth 8 Tiny orbs of lightning, which float above your head for the duration.

At the end of each of your turns, each orb around your head discharges and delivers a small spark of lightning each, divided as you see fit upon any number of creatures you can see within 30 ft. of you. Each spark deals 3 lightning damage.

As a bonus action on your turn, you can expend one of the balls of lightning, and hurl it toward a creature you can see within 120 ft. of you. Make a ranged spell attack - on a hit, the target takes 6d8 lightning damage, and must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become Stunned until the start of your next turn.
