An arc of sharp wind flows from the caster's hands in a direction you chose and flies in a straight line 5 feet wide and up to 60 feet away from you. The creature closest to the caster in the line must make a dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 3d8 magical slashing damage on a failed save and takes half as much damage on a successful save.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, another arc of wind is formed in a direction of your choice for each second spell level above the spell's original level.
