Allegro: Creatures within the spells range move and react faster. As long as a creature is within the spell's area, its movement speed is increased by 10 feet. Additionally, a creature inside the area can take the Dash action as a bonus action. The spell's area moves with you and is always centered on you. You can use an action to change the effect or dismiss the spell.
