With this spell a creature can pick one other creature to from a Psychic communication the creature does not need to have the same language for it to do this once done. A creature can speak to them via telepathy the range of this telepathy can stretch infinitely but the creature must have been in line of sight before doing this but if a creature wishes for more than creature to speak with it must be cast at a higher level forming a psychic group call
