Conjure Fog [NEWER]

A thick grey (gray if you like, I'm British) fog fills the air in a 20 foot radius around the caster of this spell. All creatures caught in the fog must succeed a Constitution save against your spell save DC or be blinded for one round. Any creatures caught in the fog and all creatures attempting to see inside the fog, except for the caster themselves, have disadvantage on all Wisdom (Perception) ability checks, all creatures caught in the fog, except for the caster themselves, have disadvantage on all Dexterity ability checks and saving throws, and the caster of this spell has advantage on all Dexterity (Stealth) checks against other creatures in the fog, and against all other creatures within 5 feet of the fog if they (the caster) are inside of the fog. Most creatures inside of the fog can only see for five feet, but the caster can see for fifteen. The fog dissipates after three rounds.

Apologies for all of the copies of this spell that I made, this is the actual one. Also, I have noticed the similarities to the spell Fog Cloud, but I, (not trying to be biased, of course) think that this is quite a good spell and could be quite useful.
