You make yourself—including your clothing, armour, weapons, and other belongings on your person—look like another object until the spell ends or you use an action to end it. When you cast the spell, your body remains unchanged, but all who perceive you will see you as a random object native to the area. This could be a barrel in a tavern, a bush in a forest, or a crate in a harbour. You remain in this state while moving, but any action other than the movement action will break the spell.
Anyone who comes into contact with the object would make contact with your body rather than make contact with the object, and would become aware of the illusion. You can still talk while disguised as the object, your voice seemingly coming from something inside.
To discern that you are camouflaged, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.
