Aggrivate

You utter a magical insult to a creature with an intellegence or wisdom of 5 or higher. the creature must make a wisdom saving throw, or the following effects will happen for 1 hour: 1.that creature is now hostile towords you, 2.the creatures actions against you have disadvantage, and there are no bonuses to those actions, 3.the creatures actions against you do 2 more damage of the type of damage the action does.
