Agonizing Void

You mutter words from the abyss, summoning a null dome of constant gravity/antigravity void. All beings inside the dome experience gravity and weightlessness all at the same time, causing damage to their internal organs and suspending them several inches off the ground. Regardless of racial or class stats, casting player cannot take any movement or bonus actions during the turn it is cast. 

If another player attacks enemies inside the void, they must roll with disadvantage.
