There are those who work on good faith and then there are those so evil that they do not consider good faith an option. Those who operate on good faith do not usually consider such extreme methods needed.
Firstly a contract must be written, it must then be signed willingly by at least one person by applying their blood to the contract, a minimum of a single drop is required.
Once everyone has signed the contract, you then activate this spell. Instantly sealing the contract. Each person who signed the contract receives a red sigil on the back of their hand, that has one symbol on it for each of the terms of the contract. The contract itself changes shape and color, the material it was written on turns black, and the writing on it turns white, and can only be read by everyone who signed it (can be decoded by an investigation check equal to the spell save DC). The contract can only be destroyed by someone who signed it, if anyone else attempts to destroy it, it will appear in the possession of the person who cast the spell to create the contract. Those who signed the contract can destroy it through burning it.
The person holding onto the contract must be someone who signed it, otherwise, the contract will fade after one week of not being within 15 feet of someone who signed it, then when someone who did sign the contract touches a piece of paper next, the contract will transfer to that.
When someone breaks one of the terms of the contract, and the person knows they broke it the following happens:
1. One of the symbols on their sigil turns red.
2. Their name on the contract and the term they broke both turn red.
Someone can be released from the contract through the following methods:
1. A wish spell.
2. A remove curse spell at an equal or higher level than the level the spell was cast at, this must be done after the contract has been burned.
3. A greater restoration spell at an equal or higher level than the level the spell was cast at, this must be done after the contract has been burned.
When this spell is cast at a higher level you can have the following happen:
Each day at midnight they must make a con save equal to the spell save DC of the caster when this spell was cast.
At higher levels:
2nd, Someone who breaks the contract will take 1 level of exhaustion each day at midnight (assuming they failed the con saving throw). This occurs until they either complete the contract or have corrected the term that they had originally broken. If the spell is cast at 4th level they gain 2 levels on a fail instead of one. At 8th level they gain 3 instead on a fail.
