You concentrate on a single point in the air, superheating it and causing it to condense suddenly before exploding out in a 60 foot sphere. Any caught in the blast radius must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 6d10 force damage and 4d6 fire damage and is both knocked prone by the force of the blast and deafened for 1 round, or half as much on a successful save and is not knocked prone, however they are still deafened for 1 round.
The air around the blast radius remains superheated for 1d4 rounds afterword, causing any who start their turn in the area to take 2d4 fire damage.
